Rovshan Sharifov

I am a New York criminal defense attorney with over 23 years of experience, ranked by Super Lawyers, and a former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney.

I am the founder and principal attorney of Sharifov & Associates, PLLC, representing clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors, DWI, domestic violence, fraud, white-collar crimes, and more across New York City and Nassau County and in Federal courts.

I began my legal career in 2002 as an ADA in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, where I tried cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies — giving me firsthand insight into how the prosecution builds its cases and where defenses can be won.
